Digital minimalist habits
In a world of screens, social media, and information overload, digital minimalism is a philosophy that helps individuals use technology in a more meaningful and healthy way. We can all probably admit that we could use a little less screen time, and this post is meant to be a gentle reminder and encouragement to take your eyes off your screen and into the world.
If you’re new to digital minimalism, find three tips summarized below, and links to specific guides on how I apply the concept to my computer and phone as well. A thank you to Idenati for also sponsoring this video and for helping me minimize my internet browser to keep it intentional and organized - find more details at the bottom of this post.

Set boundaries
Technology can help us do meaningful work, but it's essential to set limits before we end up spending too much time on the screen
One quick tip - turning off the wifi to have a productive work session
Power off your laptop and mobile phone during the evenings to help you unwind and don’t rush into it first thing in the morning - consider offline activities to help you stay grounded
If you have the luxury of doing so, consider taking one screen-free day each week, or even a few times a month
Discover screen-free activities that you enjoy
In today's modern world, technology is one of our default activities for leisure - try something else instead
If possible, schedule in time for screen-free hobbies and stick to it, providing some structure to help you limit your tech use
